Preview: New artwork available June 3-16

I'm excited to share a full preview of new original artwork that will be available in my online shop beginning with early access on June 3. Creating these pieces has brought beauty into my days amidst a lot of ugliness in the world and I hope they bring beauty and hope into your homes. You can find more information about how the release process will work at the bottom of this email – I appreciate all of your support as I've transitioned to a new way of working.

There are 16 pieces in this shop release, made up of some individual pieces and some that are part of a series. This first piece was started when I was in France last year for my art residency. Another Trip to the Countryside started as a tribute to the lush green grounds surrounding me. I took the piece home in my carry-on and finished it at home, adding some pastel colors to bring brightness to the work. Inspired by these colors, I created 3 others to accompany it. 2 feature a fun and bright holographic shadowbox, which is especially beautiful in person (but hard to photograph to avoid reflections)

Another Trip to the Countryside 2.0, 12x24" on gallery-wrapped canvas with painted edges
A Brighter Day, 16x20" on canvas in white wood float frame
A Place I've Dreamed Of, 12x12" on wood in 15x15" acrylic frame with holographic edges
A Place I've Never Been, 12x12" on wood in 15x15" acrylic frame with holographic edges

The Home | Free Collection (which I wrote about in detail here) consists of 9 original paintings. The 4 below are available with this online shop release, and 5 are going with Galaray House to an art fair in Newport, RI on May 31. If you are interested in any of those pieces, please reach out to me at hello@jocelynelizabeth.com and I can help get you in touch with the gallery!
